1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Ademodupe Education Consult ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Ademodupe Education provides study abroad consultancy services including university selection, application assistance, scholarship guidance, visa documentation support, and pre-departure briefing. We act as an advisory service and do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or scholarship awards, as final decisions rest with universities, embassies, and awarding bodies.
3. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout the application process. Any misrepresentation may result in termination of our services and could have serious consequences with universities or immigration authorities. You are also responsible for meeting all deadlines communicated to you.
4. Fees and Payments
Initial consultations are provided free of charge. Fees for specific services will be communicated clearly before any commitment is made. All fees are non-refundable once the agreed service has been delivered, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all personal information you share with us as strictly confidential. Your data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver our services (e.g. submitting applications to universities) or where required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ademodupe Education shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from decisions made by universities, embassies, or scholarship bodies. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Ademodupe Education Consult and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
